If you have questions about risk assessment training, you have come to the right place – find out now what you need know about doing our training:
What Is It
You may be wondering what is taught in a risk assessment training course. We cover identifying asbestos hazards and minimizing risks of exposure. We focus on four key areas: Health and safety risk assessment, construction risk assessment, how to fill out risk assessment forms, health and safety training, and risk assessment safety.
This program will teach participants about the properties of asbestos and the negative health effects associated with exposure. It will also teach participants where asbestos is likely to be found and how to identify possible asbestos. Emergencies do happen. This program will also teach participants how to deal with an asbestos emergency if the asbestos has been disturbed and released into the air.
Who Needs Training
This course is a legal requirement for anyone working in an industry likely to come into contact with asbestos. Maintenance workers, electricians, plumbers, joiners, painters and decorators, roofers, plasterers, shop fitters, computer and data installers, fire alarm installers, and building surveyors are just some of the people likely to come into contact with asbestos.
