Asbestos Surveys

Before any work can begin on an asbestos containing premises, an asbestos survey must be carried out. This survey will identify asbestos containing materials, document their condition and location, and whether they should be removed or managed. OHSS is accredited to carry out these surveys.

Asbestos Removal

If it's determined that the asbestos must be removed, the work must be carried out by certified professionals. Asbestos presents a serious health hazard, and it should only be removed by competent professional to ensure the health and safety of everyone involved.

Clearance

Once the asbestos has been removed, the air must be tested to ensure that asbestos particles are not in the air before re-entry is permitted. OHSS is certified to perform clearance testing, and this certification is recognised worldwide.
