Our Role as an Expert Witness

You may find yourself in need of an expert witness if you are facing any type of litigation. Whether you are an employee, employer, or insurance company.

We provide several different things as an expert witness. We review the case, and we provide confidential advice to our client. We will also analyse the facts, and we will review witness statements and reports. Of course, we are also an expert witness on the stand in court proceedings or during arbitration.

Experience

We have experience working for the Health and Safety Authority in a case which involved the improper removal of asbestos. In this case we provided analysis and evidence of the type of asbestos that was found.

We helped a manufacturing business refute a claim that an employee had developed asthma as a result of poor air quality. We had previously conducted air quality testing for the facility, and we provided this evidence to the court.

On the other hand, we worked with an individual who suffered health effects by being exposed to fuels in the course of his work.

We have also provided reports on construction and quarry activities as a part of arbitration or dispute resolution.

Being Proactive

You can be proactive by choosing us to conduct air quality monitoring, asbestos monitoring, and workplace safety assessments. That way, if there are any accidents or accusations against you, you have expert documentation of your working conditions.
